Biography[]
This legendary Invizimal lives in caves in the Gobi Desert in Mongolia, one of the hottest places in the world. Mainly nocturnal hunter, this dragon has the special ability to turn night into day, invoking at will a flaming sun. Use this surprising attack to paralyze your enemy with fear… or maybe to roast?
How to capture[]
Invizimals: Get all capturable desert Invizimals into Max evolution and then win the Desert Tournament.
Invizimals Shadow Zone/Lost Tribes: Shoot the targets as they light up on its wings, probably the easiest capture of all the dragons, if you have the reflexes.
Invizimals Alliance/Resistance: Win the Desert Showdown tournament.

Strategy[]
Desert Dragon has some of the best stamina recovery in the game, enabling it to regain any stamina lost from attacks or dodging in a flash. The great stamina recovery more than compensates for Desert Dragon's low stamina stat. The great stamina recovery allows Desert Dragon to be extremely aggressive offensively and defensively, which is good, as Desert Dragon has decent offensive and defensive stats to boot, with good 140 life to go with a mediocre 3 armour, and a solid base 13 attack. Desert Dragon users who can dodge effectively can be extremely dangerous to go up against, as Desert Dragon can almost never be caught in a position where it has not enough stamina to dodge, and it has enough natural bulk to survive an onslaught of Vector attacks with sufficient investment.
Trivia[]
- In Invizimals: Shadow Zone and Invizimals: The Lost Tribes, Desert Dragon's Supercharge animation is bugged. Desert Dragon will prepare for the Supercharge animation as normal, but will suddenly return to its idle animation. Once the Supercharge commences, Desert Dragon returns to performing its Supercharge animation.
